Clickstream data and Cookies
Visitor data, such as the visitor’s most requested pages, is recorded on the website. The aim of this is to optimise the design of the website. Data that we collect
We collect various types of data when you use our website, forums or services:

  1. Forum data
    Your name or username, email address, hashed password, plus any content you post (forum threads, replies, private messages) and your read/post history.

  2. Order, account and invoicing data
    For purchases, or when you create an account, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, company name, VAT number, email, phone number and order details. For orders we generate an invoice, which is shared with our external accountant for statutory bookkeeping.
  3. License management data
    Your email address, license name and license type, sometimes with expiracy date.

  4. Usage and technical data
    Clickstream data (pages visited, time stamps), IP address, browser type and operating system, and cookies.

Sharing your data
We may share your personal data with:

  • Accountant and tax authorities for bookkeeping and tax purposes.
